We are keeping a shoe on that foot and it is improving as her chest widens out. The leg turns from the shoulder down, so it should continue to improve as her elbow is pushed out by her widening chest, but I do not know that she will ever be 100% straight. As one vet who looked at her said, he has seen horses with much worse run just fine and he is not concerned about her going to the track, but it is a definite conformation flaw. Grace has the sweetest disposition and loves people, but she is the boss in her field, even over the yearling colts. She has no vices and is easy to handle and work around.
